L A N D MANAGES AND SUPPORTS DIVERSE PUBLIC-PRIVATE PROJECTS AND ALLIANCES THAT PROMOTE SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES, WITH EMPHASIS ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND RESPECTING LOCAL VALUES IN LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS. 

We see with conviction how people, groups, companies, communities, governments, foundations and corporations play a key role in choosing to contribute to building better cities and spaces that are responsible and environmentally inclusive.

Some of our main collaborations have been turning to issues of re-construction and resilience after earthquakes and tsunamis; ADDRESSING Low-Impact and Inclusive Development Plans and promotiing public-private alliances that improve the neighborhood-scale urban ecosystem, such as Santa Rosa School in Constitución, Atrapa Luz classroom, Holcim Foundation / Polpaico, PLADBII Punta de Lobos, Conservation Easements Islotes of Matanzas, Master Plan Namoncahue Biological Corridor, Parks Corporation for Chile, landscape architecture and infrastructure, El Boldo Park, Bosques of Zapallar Corporation.
